Increasing Your Vibrations
Makes conscious lifestyle changes/ change thought patterns
If you can, try to eat as organic as you can. Eat whole natural foods. The closer it nature your food is, the higher it's vibration (and your vibration).
What you think , you become.. “ I always wake up at night at 3 am." This may look like a positive statement....but it send the message to the universe that you wake up every night at 3 am. Wording is very important.
2. Music
Is said to be food for the soul and spirit.
Listening to music (without words or lyrics)can actually help your brain sidestep your ego making it easier to stay positive.
3. Spend time in places that carry a higher vibration. Being in nature, spending time with a pet, spending time with someone who is always positive and smiling, these are all ways to increase your vibration.
4. Anything that inspires you will increase your vibration,
Inspirational films ( like Wayne Dyers 'The Shift'), reading books, meditating on a dock, doing yoga or simply sitting in a garden listening to the birds.
5.Exercise
Will increases endorphins which in turn increases your vibration. yoga and walking in nature are my favourite.
6. Natural therapies
Reiki, aromatherapy, colour therapy, One sniff of lavender or frankincense will do wonders for your mood and vibration.
7. Gratitude journals
Writing out your gratitude strengthens your vibration and sends positive messages to the universe, which in turn will send you more of the same.
8. Water
Drink it, spend time in it, look at it...all of these will increase your vibrations.
Drink at least 2 litres of pure spring water daily. Energy tends to move smoother in a hydrated body.

9. Random acts of kindness
These simply make you feel wonderful, which is the feeling of your vibrations increasing.
10. Laugh and smile
This will definitely increase your vibrations.
11. Mantra
Repeat throughout the day a positive mantra. Get the family involved by writing your weekly mantra on the bathroom mirror.
“Today is a great day for a great day”
“ I AM strong, healthy and beautiful”
or my favorite…” Today I will be as happy as a seagull with a french fry” See you smiled and raised your vibration...beautiful
Anything that brings you joy will raise your vibration...that ‘thing’ is offering you its high vibration to share..Since we are spiritual being having a human experience will have a choice ( free will) to be happy or not….
